Englische Redewendungen: “Make” im Geschäftsleben

In the second part of this three-part series, we are going to tune up expressions with “make”. In the last issue, we learned two basic rules for “make”. Beyond those rules, however, there are many expressions that take make.

  4. Did you make any arrangements for this week? 
  5. Does taking public transportation to work make a difference for you?

  7. Who has been making a mistake? 
  8. Do you think it’s appropriate to ask how much money a person makes? 
  9. How many phone calls did you make today? 
  10. Did your company make a profit or a loss last year? 
  11. Are you making progress with your English?
